History
Andrey Antipov – the founder of Lucky L Spirits Company, Inc was born in Russia. With over 10 years of experience in the banking system, he held the position of the head of the sales department in one of the largest banks dealing with the biggest distributors and wholesalers of adult beverages.
Throughout his career, Andrey had the opportunity to explore a variety of spirits, but despite being born in Russia, he did not like a taste of vodka. Instead, he embarked on a search for special drinks and eventually discovered NOY cognac, which became his preferred choice.
In 2022, Andrey made a decision to relocate to Armenia. During his time there, he had the privilege of meeting with top managers and successfully negotiated a distribution agreement. This marked a significant milestone in his professional journey. Currently, Andrey is based in the United States, where he continues to pursue his passion for the spirits industry.
The decision to import Armenian cognac NOY to the USA was influenced by a particular experience he had during his early days staying in USA. While having his haircut in a barbershop, Andrey had a conversation with a barber. During their conversation, the barber mentioned that Americans have a penchant for accents and are often intrigued by people from other countries. This curiosity stems from a perceived lack of cultural exposure. Americans, it seemed, were always on the lookout for something new and different.
This interaction resonated with Andrey, and he began to ponder the idea of introducing something unique and distinct to the American market. He saw an opportunity to satisfy the American desire for novelty by bringing NOY, a renowned Armenian cognac, to the USA.
